1. Shipping Policy

We handcraft each item with intent. Shipping details are as follows:

• Processing Time: Standard stock items are dispatched within 2–4 business days. Custom commissions or sized repair work will have a specific timeline agreed upon booking.
• Delivery Service: We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail tracked services. International shipping options are available upon query.
• Delivery Rates: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Tracked 48 shipping within the UK starts at £4.50.

2. Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be entirely happy with your handcrafted silver jewelry. Please read our guidelines below:

• 14-Day Return Window: For standard, non-customized inventory items, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
• Condition: To be eligible for a return, the jewelry must be unworn, in its original packaging, and in the exact condition you received it.
• Custom Exclusions: In compliance with UK consumer law, all custom commissions, customized engravings, resized rings, and specialized jobbing/repair works are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us immediately via our online enquiry form with photographs of the item and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
